The hotel was a mixed experience, with clean and super comfortable rooms but let down by preoccupied service. The location, although close to dangerous areas in Johannesburg, sits near the vibrant Maboneng District. The dining was enjoyable but not up to standard. Overall, it offers good value for money.
I loved the hotel's location, being within walking distance to vibrant restaurants and cafes in Maboneng. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, although there was some street noise that the windows helped to soften. The design was well thought out and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. However, there was a small issue with communication regarding room service instructions.
